AMT service is an advisory company. AMT commands considerable language competence in Spanish, Norwegian and English, plus familiarity with the culture and social conditions both in Spain and Norway. The contact person has social training and master-degree, and competence in guidance of professional groups.

The contact person has wide vocational contact area and has translated articles and other material about stories enhancing skills from Norwegian to Spanish in the period 2002-05.

AMT possesses the competence needed for leadership of the national office in Spain, and is responsible for all activities concerning the project. This involves adaptation of stories enhancing skills to Spanish conditions and testing of the model, and also continuous translation of relevant material and of the projects final products (C 2). AMT will take part in the central co-ordination group of the project.
