In July 2006 we were informed that our application for contribution to the Pilot Project ”Stories Enhancing Skills” was granted in Brussels to the Leonardo da Vinci Program. This is a pilot project for the period October 2006 – October 2008.

The application was developed at Tromsø University College, Center of Child Welfare Research in co-operation with partners in Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Tromsø University College is the contractor and manages the project. All together there are 9 partners.

In September the Contractor was invited by National Institute of Technology, Oslo, to a project meeting for the five Norwegian projects given grants this year. The time before October was used on preparatory work to economy and contracts, as well as professional adjustments of the project’s design and preparation before the kick – off meeting in Oslo, which marks the formal start.
