In December 06/January 07 identical invitations were sent to social workers regarding participation. There will be three groups of participants, Spanish social workers in Alicante, a Nordic group in Malmö and a North-Norwegian group in Tromsø.

In Northern Norway the Bufetat, a partner among the employees; sent invitations to selected institutions in the north of Norway.
Nopus is another partner recruiting participants. Their invitations were published on Nopus website. Further they sent information through their network and mailing lists.

In Spain, the three partners, Alicante University, Official Organisation of Social Workers in Alicante and AMT service & Consulting have been working together for recruiting participants. They have sent invitations to selected institutions inside their network and announced their offer widely through canals of the Official Organisation of Social Workers in Alicante
